Flawless skin
Everyone wants flawless skin!!! No matter how much foundation you put on it'll jus make you look like you've got paste on, its not pretty at all; having clear skin or almost clear is not about what you eat really, yeah drinking is top tip n eatin fruit n veg; but ppl get sick n tired!! And im one of them!
If you really want flawless skin the best thing to do is be careful what you do to your skin, don't touch your skin too much n if you wear foundation make sure your hands are clean befor applying because you have germs on the tip of your fingers and it'll spread.
I used to have acne n it was horrible; i used to wear layers n layers of foundation; my mum hated it n it made me look FAKE =(. So i decided to go to holland n barret; they sell this natrual tablet called "skin, hair n nails" It worked like a CHARM =D, you only have to take it 3 times a day, and in a week, my skin was almost clear n my friends notice n loved it. It's not too expensive whitch is good. And after 2 weeks, i only had to wear collection 2000 mineral powder, it gave me confidence n i was more happy.
